  • How long will it take to ship my order?
    We aim to ship all purchased orders within 1-2 days of receipt of payment. During exceptionally busy periods, purchased orders may take longer to ship but this will be made clear at the time and please check out our social media pages for all up to date information about shipping. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.
  • How long will delivery take?
    We use Royal Mail Tracked 48® as standard. Royal Mail aim to deliver all packages sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48® in 2-3 business days. If you need an order for a specific date, please get in touch with us before you place your order and we will do everything we can to help. Please be aware that express orders may incur higher delivery charges.
  • What are your delivery fees?
    Our fees for delivery in the UK for Royal Mail Tracked 48® are based on the product you order: Buntings, Keepsake sacks, and soft toys carry a delivery fee of £3.99. Cushions, and quilted blankets carry a delivery fee of £5.15. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.
  • Can I change or cancel my order?
    Purchased orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have been packaged up ready to be shipped. We may be able to change or cancel an order before it is processed for shipment, but you must get in touch with us asap after your order has been placed. Unfortunately, if you have received an email from us notifying you that your order has been shipped, we cannot cancel or change your order.
  • What happens if I do not receive my order?
    Please get in touch with us and we will do everything we can to help. Royal Mail aim to deliver Tracked 48® within 2-3 Business days but please be aware that this is an estimate and is not a guarantee. If your order has not been delivered within 7 Business days of your delivery due date, please get in touch with us here.
  • Do you accept returns?
    We offer a 14-day returns policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. This does not apply to purchases that are made to order unless your order was received in poor condition. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.
  • When is my payment taken?
    Payment is taken at the time the order is placed via your chosen Payment gateway (Wix payments, Ayden, Stripe, Paypal). We have not taken payment unless your order goes through and you receive an order confirmation email.
  • What are the lead times for made to order purchases?
    Lead times for made to order purchases are clearly displayed on the product page. If you need an order for a specific date, please get in touch with us before you place your order and we will do everything we can to help. Lead times may increase during exceptionally busy periods and may take longer to ship so please get in touch with us before you place your order and we will do everything we can to help you.
